NDMC's Transformation
New Delhi municipal council(NDMC) is responsible for providing civic services in the heart of the capital city, New Delhi. The responsibility is huge, for besides being the capital city, New Delhi is also the seat of all three pillars enshrined in the constitution of India i.e. the legislative, the executive and the judiciary. Add to that the diplomatic missions of other countries.
